Reservation Information -Please call to schedule an appointment. Final appointments of the day are taken one hour before our scheduled closing time. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to receive an additional complimentary hand and foot scrub.
Cancellation Policy - If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so that other customers may be offered the availability. There is a 50% charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. An appointment for multiple services requires a hold on your credit card. A no-show will result in a charge to your credit card for the full amount of services. If you are using a gift certificate, it will be voided.
Gift Certificates - Gift certificates are available for all services and for any dollar amounts. For your convenience you may pay-by-phone or through our website www.ateasespa.com. Please note that all gift certificates have an expiration date. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. All outstanding balances from third party vendors (Spafinder, Spa Week, Wayspa, etc.) will be honored in the form of an @ease Gift Card for future purchases.
Packages - Discount offers are not to be combined on any one package. We can accommodate private parties, bridal parties, etc. Please call for details and reserve the event.
At-Home Services - We are happy to offer many of our services in the comfort of your own home. Please call for details.
Methods of Payment - We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Cash. Please note that the State of NJ requires a 7% tax on all products and services.
