Information collection and usage
@ease Spa requires guests who request information, and subsequently register to use our products and services, to provide contact information such as their name, address, phone number, and email address. Later, we may request financial qualification and billing information such as billing name, billing address, and credit card number. @ease Spa occasionally asks for additional information when a guest or visitor requests information about our products and services. These requests are never mandatory, and guests and visitors can choose to opt out of providing this additional information.
@ease Spa uses the collected information to set up accounts for guests and their respective companies. We may also use the information to contact guests to further discuss their interest in exhale and our products and services. @ease Spa guests can subscribe to our email newsletter as part of the set-up process, but all guests have the opportunity to opt out of the newsletter mailing. Guest information is never shared or distributed.
@ease Spa guests may be asked to provide an email address when registering for usage of spa products and services. This address is used to send monthly statements, notification of product updates, and service and support information. Except as explicitly stated at the time exhale requests information, we do not disclose to any third party the information provided. All collected financial and billing information is used solely to check qualifications of prospective customers and to invoice our guests for their usage of exhale services. This billing information is not used by exhale for any marketing and/or promotional purposes.
@ease Spa uses a third-party for credit card processing. This intermediary is merely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. The use of this third-party facilitates the integrity of our customers' financial and billing information.
